Week 2 consist of the following meal schedule:
Sunday - B - 2 Starch before 3:00pm - Crepe for b-fast, Thai Salad for lunch
Monday - C - 1 Starch before 3:00pm
Tuesday - C - 1 Starch before 3:00pm
Wednesday - B - 2 Starch before 3:00pm
Thursday - B - 2 Starch before 3:00pm
Friday - C - 1 Starch before 3:00pm
Saturday - D - Last 2 meals include starch - Yeah!
